2. Orders, Pricing & Checkout Confirmation

All pricing is presented in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify promotional pricing, package configurations, or discount tiers at any time without prior notice.

Package Quantity Confirmation: Customers are directed to our secure 256-bit merchant checkout portal to complete payment. Please verify and confirm your desired package tier (1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x) and promotional pricing on the final checkout form prior to submitting payment.

3. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy

Every authentic Sunniva Light™ unit is protected by our official 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (less S&H):

  • You may test Sunniva Light™ in your living space for up to 90 calendar days from the date of confirmed carrier delivery.
  • If you are not completely delighted by its natural illumination and morning energizing clarity, contact customer service at hello@velinsleep.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Returned items must include the original lamp, power accessories, and packaging. Refunds are processed promptly to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection at our Ohio intake hub (less shipping and handling).

4. Shipping, Transit & Logistics

Orders are dispatched from our central Ohio fulfillment center with tracked domestic logistics (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Tracking confirmation details are automatically transmitted via email upon carrier handoff.

5. Intellectual Property & Governing Law

All trademarks, device imagery, logos, product designs, and text assets on this domain are the exclusive proprietary property of Velin Sleep. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
